Terminata la pandemia mi metto in contatto con la palestra Performance per concordare la possibilità di cedere a terzi il mio abbonamento che non potevo più usufruire. A mia totale insaputa, la gestione della palestra era cambiata e gli attuali gestori mi dicono che non sarebbe stato possibile soddisfare la mia richiesta, appellandosi a una fantomatica mail che a me non è mai pervenuta.
Ricevuta alla mano, ho speso più di 100 euro per una palestra praticamente mai frequentata.
A distanza di mesi mi chiedo ancora come questo sia possibile.
 At the end of 2020 I signed a student subscription at the gym which, due to the pandemic, I used for a third of its actual value.
Once the pandemic is over, I contact the Performance gym to agree on the possibility of transferring my subscription that I could no longer use to third parties. Unbeknownst to me, the management of the gym had changed and the current managers tell me that it would not have been possible to satisfy my request, appealing to an elusive email that never reached me.
Received in hand, I spent more than 100 euros for a gym that was practically never visited.
Months later, I still wonder how this is possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at reception (1650, 13th May 2018). Ignored by receptionist - didn’t look up until I spoke after waiting few minutes. Asked to use gym as on holiday. Told not possible as closes at 1800. I stated (politely) that 30mins was all I wanted for a mini session. But not possible ?
Other members were going in to use gym at this time. A shame as it looked perfect for my need. Either my face didn’t fit or receptionist couldn’t be bothered. I asked for any other nearby gym and received shrugged shoulders ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. Great front reception staff, showed us around and was very friendly. Great stop gym whilst travelling. Everything you need to get and muscle group done. Doesn't have big weights for lifting eg heavy squats or bench but other exercises are doable. A mix between old school and new school equipment
