M	Mery Piscitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 1 perché non posso dare 0... in ritardo di 2 settimane sulla consegna, non risponde mai nessuno al telefono e quando rispondo, nessuno richiama per dare notizie. Informazioni scarse e inesatte... e alla fine la colpa è del cliente che non ha domandato!!! Servizio post vendita pessimo, sicuramente non ci torneremo mai più e lo sconsiglieremo a chiunque. Investite meno sulla pubblicità e più sui clienti!!! Due settimane di ritardo su tre di consegna sono un disservizio, non esiste giustificazione, soprattutto visto che la consegna ci è stata data come quasi certa dalla vostra venditrice al momento dell'ordine. Inoltre, come confermatomi dal vostro punto vendita, il mio ordine era già in magazzino da sabato... possibile che a stamattina nessuno ci avesse chiamato, nonostante i miei solleciti??? I give 1 because I can't give 0 ... 2 weeks late on delivery, no one ever answers the phone and when I answer, no one calls back to give news. Poor and inaccurate information ... and in the end the fault lies with the customer who did not ask !!! Bad after sale service, we will definitely never go back and advise against it to anyone. Invest less on advertising and more on customers !!! Two out of three weeks of delay in delivery are a disservice, there is no justification, especially since the delivery was given to us as almost certain by your seller at the time of the order. Also, as confirmed by your store, my order was already in stock since Saturday ... possible that no one had called us this morning, despite my reminders ???

Very nice showroom, large bright with a vast assortment of beds, mattresses, armchairs and accessories of all kinds. Very helpful and kind staff with a lot of patience. Simona showed me very well the armchair I bought and the various practices to do. top for rest and furniture, to visit absolutely.

Bad experience listless and disinterested seller .... I would have liked to buy a mattress for my son but certainly I will not buy it TO SLEEP ....
