Arrivato con le idee già abbastanza chiare dopo essermi informato sul sito internet mi è stato detto che quel prodotto non era più in promozione e che ci sarebbero voluti due mesi per averlo oltre a sconsigliarmelo per qualità scadente e di breve durata. In realtà il prodotto è presente sul sito ufficiale e anche sul volantino, quindi mettetevi d’accordo. Vengo quindi indirizzato ai prodotti di notevole maggior costo ai quali non ero assolutamente interessato oltre a propormi un materasso “prendi e porta via subito” con caratteristiche totalmente differenti di quelle da ne richieste senza nemmeno propormi una prova. La commessa che si trovava in negozio ricambió il nostro saluto a mezza voce come se fosse scocciata. Dopodiche' si rivolse a noi dalla sua scrivania dicendo di ripasse più tardi, il tutto senza neanche averci chiesto di cosa avevamo bisogno. Le abbiamo risposto che eravamo non proprio vicini per ripassare, a quel punto non abbiamo neanche più avuto risposta. Alla fine abbiamo salutato e siamo andati via comprando il tutto da un'altra parte. SPERO CHE CAMBIATE PRESTO IL PERSONALE.
