A	Andrea Antonello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso da oltre 1000 euro e lo volevo 160x200 ma per un errore dell impiegata (gentilissima)e un errrore mio che non ho controllato la misura scritta quando ho firmato il contratto mi é arrivato a casa dopo 45 giorni d'attesa un materasso di misura differente che ora ovviamente non posso usare se non cambiando letto e doghe e oltretutto ridurre lo spazio nella camera da letto.Bene,l'azienda non me lo sostituisce nonostante ho detto che non voglio la differenza di valore dato che la misura che voglio costa meno,l'unica cosa che possono fare é farmi uno sconto del 50% sull'acquisto del materasso nuovo ma ovviamente con il ritiro del materasso sbagliato..strano..cosa ne fanno se non possono più rivenderlo??Il materasso è in casa impacchettato e pulito potrebbero cambiarlo e guadagnarci pure ma non ne vogliono sapere...ecco come trattano i clienti..esperienza pessima e sconsigliata I bought a mattress for over 1000 euros and I wanted 160x200 but for an error on the part of the employee (very kind) and an error that I didn't check the written measure when I signed the contract, I arrived home after a 45-day waiting period a mattress of a different size that now obviously I can not use unless changing bed and slats and moreover reducing the space in the bedroom.Bene, the company does not replace me despite I said that I do not want the difference in value since the size I want it costs less, the only thing they can do is give me a 50% discount on the purchase of the new mattress but obviously with the withdrawal of the wrong mattress .. strange .. what they do if they can no longer resell it? Ebbene noi siamo stati davvero fortunati perché siamo stati accolti da una commessa, Sofia, che ci ha guidati sapientemente nella scelta con grande professionalità. Morale della favola? Materasso arrivato con forte odore di solventi, da impregnare pigiami lenzuola ecc, fatto richiesta di sostituzione e ci avevano garantito 3 o 4 settimane, stiamo ancora aspettando!!! È passato più di un mese e mezzo.....poco seri...se fosse possibile annullarei il tutto e andrei da un'altra parte!! Mai più!
