Tutte e tre le volte ci ha seguiti la sig.ra Patrizia, molto preparata, cordiale e professionale; sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza anche successiva all’acquisto. Consiglio a tutti di fare un giro nel negozio di Moncalieri sicuramente riusciranno ad accontentarvi per qualunque esigenza. This is the third time in three years that I use Matera Pisolo di Moncalieri, the first time about 3 years ago for my mattress, the following year I recommended it to my sister, this year to my parents and I bought the container bed. All three times, Mrs. Patrizia followed us, very well prepared, friendly and professional; always available for any need even after the purchase. I recommend everyone to take a tour of the Moncalieri shop, they will certainly be able to satisfy you for any need.

Siamo stati così contenti che spesso mia moglie -spagnola, che soffre di sciatica e lombalgie varie- durante la notte, si spostava spesso a dormire con uno di loro...e io non russo! :-) E alla mattina si svegliava senza gli usuali dolori serali . Dunque, a primavera ci siamo decisi: abbiamo acquistato un materasso "MAGNIFICO" matrimoniale su misura per noi, visto che la struttura del nostro letto era non standard. Anche la composizione del materiale la abbiamo studiata insieme per le nostre esigenze. Siamo rimasti nuovamente contentissimi: oltre che per la qualità, impeccabile, e il rapporto qualità/prezzo, imbattibile, anche per la grandissima professionalità del titolare, il sig.Raffaele, soprattutto nell' indirizzarci e consigliarci in modo illuminante sulla scelta; la sua amabilità e cortesia sono stati molto apprezzati da tutti noi in famiglia. Matteo Hello, in November 2020, just installed with my (international) family in Chieri from Brussels, I bought 2 "MAGNIFICO" mattresses, plus two slatted frames for my children. We were so happy that my wife -Spanish, who suffers from sciatica and various back pains- during the night often moved to sleep with one of them ... and I don't snore! :-) And in the morning he woke up without the usual evening pains. So, in spring we decided: we bought a "MAGNIFICENT" double mattress made to measure for us, since the structure of our bed was not standard. We have also studied the composition of the material together for our needs. We were again delighted: in addition to the quality, impeccable, and the quality / price ratio, unbeatable, also for the great professionalism of the owner, Mr. Raffaele, especially in directing and advising us in an illuminating way on the choice; his kindness and courtesy were greatly appreciated by all of us in the family. Cercavo sempre un singolo, ma personalizzato, per adattarlo alla mia struttura letto. Dopo un'infinità di prove dei prodotti proposti(fortunatamente la signora Patrizia è stata molto paziente ed ha capito le mie esigenze), sono arrivata a scegliere il "POSTURAL SINGOLO" personalizzato(da 90 cm di larghezza). Scrivo solo ora perché ho voluto testarlo per un mese, prima di recensire il prodotto. Il materasso è fantastico perché, pur essendo un modello rigido, ci si sente sostenuti ma accolti dalla parte di memory. Specifico che, avendo cmq io un peso importante, questo modello ha sia molle insacchettate che parte di memory. Il prodotto preso, ha un bel rapporto qualità /prezzo, tenendo conto anche della personalizzazione addirittura della parte esterna e delle rifiniture dello stesso. Consiglio questo punto vendita, sia per la competenza e gentilezza /pazienza, dimostrata da Patrizia, sia per la serietà e puntualità, nei confronti del cliente. Certamente è un negozio che riesce ad accontententare tutti coloro che cercano un prodotto valido. Unfortunately my single mattress had reached the end and therefore, after doing a web search, I arrived at the shop in question. I was always looking for a single, but personalized, to adapt it to my bed structure. After countless tests of the products on offer (luckily Mrs. Patrizia was very patient and understood my needs), I came to choose the personalized "SINGLE POSTURAL" (90 cm wide). I'm just writing now because I wanted to test it for a month, before reviewing the product. The mattress is fantastic because, despite being a rigid model, one feels supported but welcomed by the memory side. I specify that, having an important weight anyway, this model has both pocket springs and part of memory. The product taken, has a good quality / price ratio, also taking into account the personalization of the external part and the finishing of the same. I recommend this store, both for the competence and kindness / patience, shown by Patrizia, and for the seriousness and punctuality, towards the customer. It is certainly a shop that manages to satisfy all those looking for a valid product.

Super consigliato!!! I bought a pocket spring + memory hybrid mattress. I'll tell you the truth, it turned my life upside down. After a professional consultation made in the Moncalieri showroom by Mrs. Rossella, a super kind, patient and competent lady, I finally found the mattress for my needs. F	Flora Prezioso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un letto matrimoniale con contenitore ( Modello Corinne) e un materasso matrimoniale da un lato rigido, e dall' altro semirigido, e ha distanza di un mese sono contentissima del regalo che mi sono fatta perché non mi sveglio più con dolori alla schiena e poco riposata. Io ho fatto il mio acquisto al negozio di Piazza Bengasi ( Moncalieri) e sono stata servita tutte le tre volte che sono andata da Rossella. Rossella è stata super professionale dandomi un sacco di informazioni,ma allo stesso tempo mi ha trattata come un' amica senza farmi sentire addosso la pressione dell' acquisto. Appena ho deciso il modello del letto mi ha aiutata, con molta calma e tantissima pazienza,a scegliere il materasso. Parole positive anche per i ragazzi che fanno la consegna ed il montaggio. Sono stati puntali nell' orario, per niente rumorosi nel portare su i pezzi del letto ( io abito al 5 piano con ascensore piccolo), super veloci nel montaggio ed infine mi hanno dato ulteriori delucidazioni sul materasso. Consiglio vivamente a tutti Materax Pisolo in quanto sono un MADE IN ITALY di alta qualità, professionalità e dedizione vs il proprio lavoro. I bought a double bed with storage unit (Corinne model) and a double mattress on one side rigid, and on the other semi-rigid, and after a month I am very happy with the gift I have given myself because I no longer wake up with back pain and little rested. I made my purchase at the shop in Piazza Bengasi (Moncalieri) and was served all three times I went to Rossella's. Rossella was super professional giving me a lot of information, but at the same time she treated me like a friend without letting me feel the pressure of buying. As soon as I decided the model of the bed, she helped me, very calmly and with a lot of patience, to choose the mattress. Positive words also for the guys who do the delivery and assembly. They were punctual in time, not at all noisy in bringing up the pieces of the bed (I live on the 5th floor with a small lift), super fast in assembling and finally they gave me further explanations on the mattress. I highly recommend Materax Pisolo to everyone as they are a MADE IN ITALY of high quality, professionalism and dedication vs their work.
