In risposta ho ricevuto solo che nn dipende dal materiale e che quindi nn me lo avrebbero sostituito, in quanto ancora in garanzia, perché nn dipende dal materiale ma dalla casa umida. Strano però che i muri di casa non hanno nessun segno di muffa. Sconsigliato e oltremodo scortesi. Purchased two single mattresses about three years ago and therefore still under warranty, yesterday I noticed a large patch of mold on only one and I called the company to let them know. In response I received only that it does not depend on the material and therefore they would not have replaced it for me, as it is still under warranty, because it does not depend on the material but on the damp house. Strange, however, that the walls of the house do not have any signs of mold. Not recommended and extremely rude.

Purtroppo solo a quel punto è stato svelato che la sostituzione comportava la perdita di metá della somma spesa...allora abbiamo richiesto di rispettare il prezzo in promozione del nuovo materasso scelto con trasporto incluso....nuovo diniego....dovevamo pagare prezzo pieno più spese trasposto più spese ritiro....rifiutati anche i buoni sconto ottenuti con la prima vendita....scorretti!!!! Amareggiati siamo usciti dal negozio...a mai più! Unfortunately only at that point it was revealed that the replacement involved the loss of half of the amount spent ... so we asked to respect the promotional price of the new mattress chosen with transport included .... new denial .... we had to pay full price plus transport costs plus collection costs .... also the discount vouchers obtained with the first sale were refused .... incorrect !!!! Embittered we left the shop ... never again!
