Dopo due mesi dall'acquisto posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto, mi sveglio riposato e in forze. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda e questo punto vendita in particolar modo. La commessa, Veronica, è stata bravissima, ha ascoltato con pazienza e competenza le necessità di mio padre consigliandogli diverse soluzioni fino a trovare quella ottimale. B	Barak Dar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato nel mese di novembre 2020, un materasso scontato a quasi 900 euro, dopo quattro mesi, noto all interno della parte superiore del materasso , delle macchie marroni, porto in negozio e le faccio vedere. mi chiedono di lavarlo, spendo un bel po' di soldi per lavarlo, ma le macchie persistono dopo mesi mesi arrivano i tecnici vedono e verificano e constatano che sono dei buchi e non sanno spiegare come si è verificato. mi lasciano una relazione e mi dicono che mi faranno sapere. sono passati ancora dei mesi e nessuno mi ha fatto sapere niente e cosa intendono fare.Di nuovo telefono oggi , e mi dicono che azienda dice il materasso è proprio così, e loro non rispondono. Faccio presente che i materassi uguali miei , presenti in negozio non hanno questi buchi macchie. Pessimo servizio post vendita. Il materasso da noi comprato è sicuramente di ottima qualità e siamo felici di averlo preso.
