Personale incompetente e maleducato con poca voglia di lavorare e risolvere i problemi, considerando che gli porti dei soldi e non glieli togli. Non hanno voluto assicurare vettura storica già iscritta ASI perché 7 posti, insinuando che poteva essere usata come pulmino, cosa smentita e non riguardante comunque l'assicurazione.
