I have just returned from the holidays spent in Anzio near Rome, I have seen all 3 of their emblazoned shops and I must say that everything is perfect as you feel on social media, the straconsiglio even though I find it better online they have a well-stocked site and they deliver with one two working days.

Il mio primo ordine online mi è arrivato a casa dopo 1 mese, dopo che mi era stato detto che era stato annullato! L	Laura shoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata bene sia nel negozio sia online sono molto gentili e veloci a spedire ci mettono 2/3 giorni o anche 1 se metti la spedizione veloce e spediscono tutti i giorni tranne il sabato e la domenica. Se ordini online la mattina ti arriva un email e ti dicono che stanno per consefare il tuo pacco. I was happy both in the shop and online they are very kind and fast to ship it takes 2/3 days or even 1 if you put fast shipping and they ship every day except Saturday and Sunday. If you order online in the morning you will receive an email and they tell you that they are about to deliver your package.

S	SIJING LU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever. Fraud. Avoid shopping online on this shop. I waited for three weeks and my order was canceld at the end. I used 67 euros store credits and they disagreed to refund me the credits because they thought the credits are too old. While on their website they said there was no time limit for store credits. The customer service is very unprofessional. Never reply your email and WhatsApp has a very bad attitude. They don't know how to say Sorry.
