F	Fabio Cucchiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini, con passeggino e valigie faticoso dato la scalinata per arrivare, camera non pulitissima bagno vecchio e soprattutto senza riscaldamento, solamente la pompa di calore che dopo due ore avevamo ancora in camera i pinguini, le persiane non si chiudono totalmente, quindi entra luce sia giorno ed ovviamente penso anche la notte, dato che siamo andati via dopo due ore, esperienza pessima, considerando 140,00 per due notti, ho chiesto un minimo di rimborso ed ovviamente il proprietario Genovese non si è smentito per la sua avarizia. Sto ancora aspettando la ricevuta fiscale. Not recommended for families with children, with stroller and suitcases tiring given the staircase to get there, room not very clean old bathroom and above all without heating, only the heat pump that after two hours we still had the penguins in the room, the shutters do not close completely, then the light comes in both day and of course I think also the night, since we left after two hours, very bad experience, considering 140.00 for two nights, I asked for a minimum refund and obviously the Genovese owner has not denied himself for his avarice. I'm still waiting for the tax receipt.

Non ci sono certo servizi presenti in altre strutture come ascensore, colazione, spaziosa hall… ma troverete Luigi e la sua famiglia sempre disponibile, cosa rara e preziosa! Complimenti e grazie ☺️ Nice and clean place, friendly environment and a lot of availability of the whole family. There are certainly no services present in other structures such as lift, breakfast, spacious hall ... but you will find Luigi and his family always available, which is rare and precious! Congratulations and thank you ☺️
D	Daniela Gioiosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente comodo per chi deve andare all'ospedale Gaslini. Non pratico per via dei tanti gradini e camere magari non particolarmente attrezzate. Tuttavia noi ci siamo trovati bene per i nostri 3giorni,essendo lì non per divertimento ma per salute, vicino c'è un buon posto dove andare a magiare e la coop per il necessario. Il padrone dell'ostello è molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Definitely convenient for those who have to go to the Gaslini hospital. Not practical due to the many steps and rooms perhaps not particularly equipped. However we were fine for our 3 days, being there not for fun but for health, nearby there is a good place to go to eat and the coop for the necessary. The host of the hostel is very kind and available for every request.

Non è facile trovare parcheggio quindi una volta lasciata la macchina meglio muoversi a piedi se possibile. Struttura silenziosa, pulita e che dispone di comode macchinetta di acqua, caffè e dolcetti vari all'ingresso. Honest pension useful above all for those who do not have huge demands and for those who need to quickly reach the Gaslini hospital (3 minutes on foot). It is not easy to find parking so once you have left your car it is better to walk if possible. Quiet, clean structure that has a comfortable water machine, coffee and various sweets at the entrance.
a	andrea bubba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location e' davvero una bomboniera nel cuore del "presepe" in quel di Genova, a due passi dal centro e a 3 minuti dall'ospedale Gaslini, la struttura si presenta impeccabile, camera confortevoli, sempre pulita grazie alla signora Mariella e al marito Luigi che sono i proprietari sempre disponibili. La zona e' ben servita...tabacchi, coop, farmacie, alimentari e quant'altro. I proprietari dispongono di varie camere per singoli o famiglie nonche' di appartamenti anche x chi vuol trascorrere un periodo d'estate in vacanza. Complimenti ancora per la vostra "bomboniera" e spero di ritornarci presto ma solo x vacanza visto e considerato che sono qui x mio figlio (5 mesi) che ha superato comunque il suo intervento fortunatamente non grave. The area is well served ... tobacconists, coop, pharmacies, groceries and so on. The owners have various rooms for individuals or families as well as apartments for those who want to spend a summer period on vacation. Congratulations again for your "wedding favor" and I hope to return soon but only for vacation seen and considering that I am here for my son (5 months) who has passed his surgery, however, fortunately not serious. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era confortevole, calda e soprattutto pulita. Da segnalare la cortesia del proprietario che mi ha consigliato due ottimi locali dove mangiare. Se capitate a Genova ve la consiglio I spent the night of February 13th at the Pensione Rocca. I found excellent value for money. The room I was given was comfortable, warm and above all clean. To report the courtesy of the owner who recommended two excellent places to eat. If you happen to be in Genoa I recommend it
