Cucina tipica deliziosa e abbondante per rifocillarsi dopo l'escursioni. Gestori sempre disponibili e presenti. Grazie e alla prossima ☺️ Excellent value for money! From the rooms you have a breathtaking view and with a few minutes' walk you can immerse yourself in nature. Delicious and abundant typical cuisine for refreshment after the excursions. Managers always available and present. Thanks and see you next time ☺️

Mi dispiace ma non sono stati in grado di gestire una prenotazione "Gluteen Fee" e non solo l'ultimo giorno avevano finito il pane e non potevano comprarne altro...!!!! Avremo dovuto portare lo shampoo da casa... e la cena rigorosamente in scarse quantità e senza nessuna possibilità di alternativa... Senza parlare della vetustita' della struttura.... il problema non sono le stelle( ne merita 1 e anche meno) quello che è mancato è il rispetto del cliente . ...Non ci risponda ( cara signorina) dicendo che potevamo segnalare il tutto di presenza...LO ABBIAMO FATTO!!! e di contro siamo stati trattati con poco rispetto!!! Spero che questa recinsione possa essere utile ad altri turisti x evitare di rovinarsi la vacanza!!! Anche una pensione a 2 stelle può essere un Hotel di Lusso se c'è cortesia e rispetto x il turista che in questo difficile momento riesce a contribuire alla ripresa economica di queste attività. ABSOLUTELY AVOID ... !!! Sorry but they weren't able to handle a "Gluteen Fee" booking and not only on the last day they ran out of bread and couldn't buy more ... !!!! We had to bring shampoo from home ... and dinner strictly in small quantities and with no alternative ... Not to mention the age of the structure .... the problem is not the stars (it deserves 1 and even less) what is lacking is the respect of the customer. ... Do not answer us (dear young lady) saying that we could report everything of presence ... WE DID IT !!! and on the other hand we were treated with little respect !!! I hope this fence can be useful to other tourists to avoid ruining their holiday !!! Even a 2-star pension can be a luxury hotel if there is courtesy and respect for the tourist who in this difficult moment manages to contribute to the economic recovery of these activities.

Una menzione particolare va a Margherita. Gentilissima e pronta a dare consigli e suggerimenti per escursioni e passeggiate. Consigliatissimo! Great location. Stunning views from every room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Courtesy from the owners. A special mention goes to Margherita. Very kind and ready to give advice and suggestions for excursions and walks. Highly recommended!

La struttura è posizionata in modo che quasi tutte le stanze godano di una meravigliosa villa sulla valle. La responsabile di sala, la signorina Margherita, è particolarmente portata per il custumer service, sempre pronta a dispensare consigli e a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posto consigliatissimo. I stayed at this property for a few days with a group of friends. The structure is positioned so that almost all the rooms enjoy a wonderful villa overlooking the valley. The room manager, Signorina Margherita, is particularly suited to the custumer service, always ready to dispense advice and satisfy customer requests. Highly recommended place.

Cucina e servizio ottimi, location meravigliosa con splendida vista sulle Dolomiti. Piscina curata e pulita. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci! I have been going to this hotel for many years, I always go back very willingly because I feel at home. Excellent cuisine and service, wonderful location with a splendid view of the Dolomites. Well-kept and clean pool. Can't wait to go back!

Basterebbe questo per andarci ma aggiungiamo una piscina esterna con vista spettacolare dove rilassarsi a fine giornata, la stessa splendida vista che si può ammirare dal balcone delle camere. Cucina tipica veramente da 5 stelle preparata da Robert, la gentilezza di Margherita in sala insieme a Marlene. Una vacanza in pieno relax in mezzo alla natura. Per i bambini giochi, ping pong e calciobalilla. Unica controindicazione: crea dipendenza, vorrete tornare sicuramente!!! Excellent quality / price ratio Kindness and courtesy Excellent cuisine. This would be enough to go there but let's add an outdoor pool with a spectacular view where you can relax at the end of the day, the same splendid view that can be admired from the balcony of the rooms. Typical 5-star cuisine prepared by Robert, the kindness of Margherita in the dining room together with Marlene. A relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. For children there are games, table tennis and table football. The only contraindication: it is addictive, you will definitely want to come back !!!

Si può descrivere così la nostra vacanza estiva in questo hotel dotato di piscina esterna, camere con vista spettacolare, cucina da 5 stelle e tanta cortesia da parte dello staff. Ottima la posizione in mezzo alla natura e con la possibilità di fare escursioni direttamente dall'hotel. All'arrivo viene fornita la tessera per viaggiare gratuitamente sui mezzi pubblici e per visitare musei ed attrazioni. Torneremo sicuramente. 15 days of excellent cuisine, courtesy, relaxation and pampering. This is how we can describe our summer holiday in this hotel with an outdoor swimming pool, rooms with spectacular views, 5-star cuisine and a lot of courtesy from the staff. Excellent location in the middle of nature and with the possibility of making excursions directly from the hotel. Upon arrival, a card is provided to travel for free on public transport and to visit museums and attractions. We will definitely be back.
S	Simone Schenato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi ci siamo stati a fine giugno per due sere siamo stati gli unici clienti ma grazie a Robert siamo stati coccolati con il cibo e Margherita con la sua gentilezza ci ha tenuto compagnia. Dalla pensione si può ammirare un paesaggio stupendo, le camere pulite e per noi quattro abbastanza spaziose , magari da ingrandire un po' il bagno ma non importa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo grazie da Simone Jessica Alessia e Mattia We were there at the end of June for two evenings we were the only customers but thanks to Robert we were pampered with food and Margherita kept us company with her kindness. From the guesthouse you can admire a wonderful landscape, the rooms clean and spacious enough for the four of us, perhaps to enlarge the bathroom a little but it doesn't matter. Excellent quality / price ratio. For sure we will return thanks to Simone Jessica Alessia and Mattia
