We were advised by very competent and helpful staff who fulfilled all our wishes and solved the various problems that occurred during the project. Ho telefonato più volte ma non ho ottenuto nulla. Vi siete persi l'acquisto di una cucina. I am sorry to give a star as the staff is friendly, but unfortunately for them a customer cannot wait for a quote for almost a month just because he has asked for a brand change of appliances. I phoned several times but got nothing. You missed buying a kitchen.
E	Elisa Barcaccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primo impatto tutto bello e tutti gentili finché non arrivano i problemi, da giugno 2020 ad oggi marzo 2021 in 4 appuntamenti non sono riusciti a consegnarmi tutti i pezzi della cucina, continui errori nell'ordinativo del materiale (colore sbagliato, maniglie sbagliate, materiale danneggiato durate trasporto e durante il montaggio, materiale difettoso... )Post vendita poco competente, non richiamano mai e non rispondono alle mail. Se riusciranno a consegnarmi quanto ho ordinato il risultato sarà di sicuro bello ma sconvolta dal servizio e dai ripetuti errori! Non vedo l'ora di sapere quando mi consegneranno il materiale definitivo per non aver più a che fare con Pensarecasa. Non posso mettere 0 stelle ma Sconsiglio vivamente! At first glance all nice and all kind until the problems arrive, from June 2020 to today March 2021 in 4 appointments they failed to deliver all the pieces of the kitchen, continuous errors in the order of the material (wrong color, wrong handles, material damaged during transport and during assembly, defective material ...) After sales not very competent, they never call back and do not respond to emails. If they manage to deliver what I ordered, the result will certainly be beautiful but shocked by the service and repeated errors! I can't wait to know when they will give me the final material for no longer having to do with Pensarecasa. I can't put 0 stars but I strongly advise against it!

Eravamo partiti per fare solo la cucina e ci siamo ritrovati ad acquistare anche 3 camere da letto e soggiorno. Luca B. è stato davvero molto professionale e disponibile. Consiglio questo brand a tutti! Really very good experience. Luca B. followed us in everything from design to assembly. We had left to do only the kitchen and we also found ourselves buying 3 bedrooms and living room. Luca B. was very professional and helpful. I recommend this brand to everyone!
