Dopo aver sostituito a mie spese il serbatoio della cerina con auto ancora in garanzia... il 29/10/21 si rompe il serbatoio dell'urea...anche questo nonostante sia un difetto acclarato su tutti i siti internet mi viene risposto di cambiarlo ancora una volta a mie spese (1000 euro circa!!!!) apro un tk come mi viene suggerito dall'assistenza di Perugia (io ho dovuto aprirlo non loro...che ripeto sono capaci solo a vendere!!)ad oggi ancora sto aspettando una risposta positiva/negativa.. chissà se il natale porterà qualche sorpresa.. aspetteremo.. per quanto mi riguarda sarà la mia unica e ultima esperienza in citroen..!!! Personnel suitable only for sales and not for problem solving. After replacing the cerina tank with the car still under warranty at my expense ... on 29/10/21 the urea tank breaks ... even this despite being a defect established on all the websites I am told of change it once again at my expense (about 1000 euros !!!!) a	antonio petrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiace lasciare una recensione negativa ma vorrei esporre la mia esperienza così ogni uno si fa la sua idea. 1)acquisto con il venditore online concordiamo un prezzo la sera il giorno dopo lo ritratta aumentandolo senza una giusta spiegazione 2)sempre il venditore va in ferie e lascia l incarico a un suo collega che faceva fatica a rispondere al telefono, 3) ritiro l auto era lavata male con residui di lavorazione carrozzeria, nell’ abitacolo forte odore di gasolio forse il meccanico al momento del tagliando sbadatamente con i piedi unti a sporcato l interno poi ci sarebbero altri piccoli dettagli che un rivenditore generico ci potrebbero stare ma ripeto x una concessionaria del genere NO tipo:passaggio di proprietà incompleto,se uno compra un auto d’inverno non dico le gomme termiche , ma almeno le catene devono fare parte della dotazione come l’assicurazione al momento del ritiro anche se la legge non lo impone, i titolari delle concessionarie possono fare la differenza offrendo un servizio diverso del classico rivenditore generico.Ps dopo 5 km pressione pneumatici bassa spia adblue e olio motore accesi comunque tutte cose risolvibili con poco ma… Sorry to leave a negative review but I would like to share my experience so each one gets his or her own idea. 1) purchase with the online seller we agree on a price in the evening the next day he retracts it, increasing it without a correct explanation 2) always the seller goes on vacation and leaves the job to a colleague who was struggling to answer the phone, 3) I collect the car was badly washed with bodywork processing residues, strong smell of diesel fuel in the passenger compartment perhaps the mechanic at the time of the service carelessly with his feet greasy and soiled the interior then there would be other small details that a generic dealer could be there but I repeat for one dealership of the kind NO type: incomplete transfer of ownership, if one buys a car in the winter I do not say thermal tires, but at least the chains must be part of the equipment such as insurance at the time of collection even if the law does not require it, Dealership owners can make a difference by offering a different service than the classic generic retailer.Ps after 5 km low tire pressure warning light adblue and oils or engine running anyway, all things that can be solved with little but ...

Siamo chiusi. Peccato che le porte erano aperte e fuori non c'era alcun cartello. Rude and inhospitable.
