Non vengo mai ascoltata tant'è che anche stamattina dopo una coda di 30 minuti sono arrivata al mio turno e nonostante fosse stato chiamato il cassiere ad aprire la terza cassa non si è presentato! Non si tiene per niente conto dell'assembramento che si crea in questo periodo di pandemia molto ma molto insoddisfatta del personale presente e di chi dirige il punto vendita! I go every Saturday and I am forced to invite the cashiers on duty to open other cashiers because of the huge queue that is created! I am never listened to, so much so that even this morning after a 30 minute queue I arrived at my turn and despite the fact that the cashier had been called to open the third box he did not show up! The crowd that is created in this period of pandemic is not taken into account at all, very but very dissatisfied with the staff present and with those who manage the store!
