★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei posti migliori dove poter comprare le mozzarelle fresche appena prodotte, quando le mangerete vi renderete conto che non potrete più comprare quelle confezionate. Consiglio di assaggiare sopratutto i nodini e la scamorza fresca che sono buonissimi.
One of the best places to buy freshly produced fresh mozzarella, when you eat them you will realize that you can not buy the packaged ones anymore. I recommend to taste especially the nodini and fresh scamorza that are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio situato in zona centrale, di fronte al Municipio di Adelfia che per questo motivo soffre della assenza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Produce latticini tipici dell'entroterra barese di buona qualita e abbastanza ampia varietà a cominciare dalle ottime mozzarelle. I prezzi applicati sono in linea con quelli praticati nella zona, appena leggermente superiori, ma la qualità contraccambia questo piccolo surplus di prezzo.
Dairy located in the central area, in front of the Town Hall of Adelfia which for this reason suffers from the absence of parking nearby. It produces typical dairy products of the Bari hinterland of good quality and a fairly wide variety starting with the excellent mozzarella. The prices applied are in line with those practiced in the area, just slightly higher, but the quality compensates for this small price surplus.
