Risultato: bullone rotto, nessuna scusa, impossibilità di cambiare il copertone, necessità di aiuto dalla casa madre per rimuovere il bullone. Esperienza surreale e hanno anche voluto pagato il lavoro di cambio delle altre 3 gomme. State distanti, ladri, arroganti ed incompetenti. Absolutely incompetent. The unskilled workers are unprepared. They used a pneumatic gun without twist control to tighten the anti-theft bolt. Result: broken bolt, no excuse, inability to change the tire, need help from the parent company to remove the bolt. Surreal experience and they also wanted to pay for the change of the other 3 tires. Be distant, thieves, arrogant and incompetent.

Al momento di pagare cambia il prezzo concordato e minaccia che visto che avevo da ridire non mi avrebbe dato propio il resto. E' per gommisti del genere che poi viene rovinata la reputazione di tutta la categoria purtroppo. Attenzione che tra l'altro sembra le ricevute non sappiano cosa siano visto che ho dovuto richiederla.... Cmq sembra che la loro reputazione li precede visto che ci passo spesso davanti e l'officina é sempre vuota... Little seriousness and little competence. Per il lavoro al momento nulla da dire, ma i clienti non sono sacchi di patate. Sei un gommista ma hai comunque a che fare con il pubblico, almeno salutare e rispondere piuttosto che dare le spalle al cliente che arriva e si rivolge gentilmente mi pare il minimo. Inutile che lasciate i volantini se poi quando arrivano i clienti sembrate usciti dalle caverne. Peccato, non credo che tornerò.
