Davide Bedin, persona cortese e competente che con grande disponibilità ci ha aiutati nella scelta finale. Una volta effettuato l'acquisto, i tempi di consegna ed installazione sono stati rapidi ed i lavori svolti in maniera professionale, dimostrando attenzione anche nel verificare che tutto funzionasse a dovere nei giorni successivi. we needed to install a pellet stove, and once we found the model we contacted the Zanutta Vicenza dealer. Here we met Mr. Davide Bedin, courteous and competent person who with great availability helped us in the final choice. Once the purchase was made, the delivery and installation times were quick and the work was carried out professionally, showing attention also in verifying that everything worked properly in the following days. Il sig.Davide è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze lavorative aspettandomi ben oltre il suo orario di lavoro .Per quanto mi concerne non posso altro che raccomandare la Zanutta e il sig.Davide a cui non mancherò di fare ottima pubblicità.
I got to know Zanutta by chance. I almost ordered the stove from another point of sale. I ran into Mr. Davide Bedin who was able to grasp my problems and my real needs with great professionalism. He solved problems that other points sales told me it wasn't their problem. Mr. Davide met my working needs expecting me well beyond his working hours. As far as I am concerned, I can only recommend Zanutta and Mr. Davide to whom I will not fail to do excellent publicity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare dei lavori alla canna fumaria e cambiare la mia vecchia stufa, così mi sono rivolta a Zanutta e al signor Davide Bebin di cui conoscevo la professionalità avendo acquistato a suo tempo quella vecchia. Mi sono trovata molto bene perché non dispongo di tanto tempo libero e ho potuto contattarlo telefonicamente e su internet parecchie volte senza dover recarmi in negozio. Ha capito subito il mio problema ed è stato tutto risolto. Grazie, ora posso di nuovo apprezzare il caldo di una stufa.
I had to do some work on the flue and change my old stove, so I turned to Zanutta and to Mr. Davide Bebin whose professionalism I knew having bought the old one at the time. I found myself very well because I don't have a lot of free time and I was able to contact him by phone and on the internet several times without having to go to the shop. He immediately understood my problem and it was all solved. Thanks, now I can appreciate the heat of a stove again.

Ma spesso non basta che il prodotto sia ottimo. In Zanutta ho trovato anche l'assistenza passo passo, i consigli d'uso, l'estrema professionalità nel seguire le pratiche amministrative, e una pazienza davvero immensa nel signor Davide Bedin, che ringrazio davvero caldamente. Complimenti anche a Zanutta perchè un'azienda che funziona davvero si riconosce anche dalla levatura dei suoi dipendenti.
I just had a Piazzetta pellet stove installed, purchased during the sales. I am very satisfied with the purchase, because it is a really good stove. But often it is not enough that the product is excellent. In Zanutta I also found step-by-step assistance, advice on use, extreme professionalism in following administrative procedures, and a truly immense patience in Mr. Davide Bedin, whom I really warmly thank. Congratulations also to Zanutta because a company that really works is also recognized by the stature of its employees.
