★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente da sconsigliare. A parte la scarsa gentilezza e delicatezza del personale, si tratta di persone poco corrette e poco affidabili, come evidente dai seguenti due esempi. Mentre da un lato pretendono il pagamento sui due piedi al 100% tramite assegno o bonifico perché' "...lei non conosce noi e noi non conosciamo lei...", poi ti mandano alla ricerca di un bancomat a prelevare contanti per i fiori perché' ".. i fiori si pagano solo in contanti..." (ovviamente senza ricevuta). Poi per la decorazione del marmo ci hanno aggiunto, al momento del pagamento e firma del nuovo contratto, altri 750 EU sul preventivo già' concordato, perché' l'impiegata aveva dimenticato un dettaglio. Li abbiamo mandati a quel paese e ci siamo rivolti a persone più' serie. Esperienza orrenda.
In risposta al commento del proprietario: e' di estrema delicatezza riaprire l'argomento dopo un anno e nove mese. Complimenti. Comunque non mi era mai stata data la possibilità' di pagare con assegno, non ho mai ricevuto lo scontrino e la ricevuta che mi era stata promessa per posta non l'ho mai ricevuta. Inoltre al momento del preventivo l'impiegata aveva tutti i dettagli per fare un preventivo corretto, quindi un aumento del genere dopo non e' giustificabile.
 Definitely not recommended. Apart from the lack of kindness and delicacy of the staff, they are not very correct and unreliable people, as evident from the following two examples. While on the one hand they demand 100% payment on the spot by check or bank transfer because "... she doesn't know us and we don't know her ...", then they send you in search of an ATM to withdraw cash for flowers because ".. flowers can only be paid in cash ..." (obviously without a receipt). Then for the decoration of the marble they added, at the time of payment and signing of the new contract, another 750 EU on the already agreed quote, because the employee had forgotten a detail. We sent them to that country and we turned to more serious people. Horrendous experience.
In response to the owner's comment: it is extremely delicate to reopen the subject after a year and nine months. Compliments. However, I had never been given the opportunity to pay by check, I never received the receipt and the receipt that was promised to me in the mail I never received. In addition, at the time of the estimate the employee had all the details to make a correct estimate, so such an increase afterwards is not justifiable.

Spiccata competenza per quanto riguarda il servizio funebre, realizzazione a regola d'arte per il colombaro. Grazie alla signora Giulia e al signor Stefano per la loro sensibilità ,che in queste occasioni ,aiutano ad affrontare meglio il delicato momento .Consiglio vivamente.
Professionalism, seriousness but above all a lot of kindness from all the staff. Strong competence regarding the funeral service, perfect realization for the dovecote. Thanks to Mrs. Giulia and Mr. Stefano for their sensitivity, which on these occasions, help to better face the delicate moment. I highly recommend.

Personale attento e competente, ma soprattutto sensibile ed estremamente gentile nel farsi carico di tutte le questioni burocratiche che in certi momenti non si ha né la lucidità né voglia di curare. Da segnalare in particolare la composizione floreale del cuscino, per la quale ci siamo affidati completamente ai consigli di Stefano e che si è rivelata splendida.
Impeccable service. Attentive and competent staff, but above all sensitive and extremely kind in taking care of all the bureaucratic issues that at certain times you have neither the clarity nor the desire to take care of. Particularly noteworthy is the floral composition of the pillow, for which we completely relied on Stefano's advice and which turned out to be splendid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia famiglia si è rivolta a questa impresa, suggeritaci da un amico, per la prima volta 7 anni fa per un funerale di un nostro caro. Si sono occupati di tutte le pratiche burocratiche e della cerimonia che è stata esattamente come concordata, dunque ne siamo usciti soddisfatti. Soddisfazione che non si è fatta mancare nemmeno nel momento in cui si è proceduto con il monumento in cimitero, dove l’esperienza e la competenza del signor Personeni sono emerse in maniera notevole. Una piacevole scoperta in un momento in cui ne avevamo bisogno. Ringrazio sia le impiegate che Stefano, al quale auguro un felice 2021. Famiglia Pecora.
My family turned to this company, suggested to us by a friend, for the first time 7 years ago for a funeral of a loved one. They took care of all the paperwork and the ceremony which was exactly as agreed, so we left satisfied. Satisfaction that was not lacking even when we proceeded with the monument in the cemetery, where the experience and competence of Mr. Personeni emerged in a remarkable way. A pleasant discovery at a time when we needed it. I thank both the employees and Stefano, to whom I wish a happy 2021. Pecora family.

Potersi affidare a persone come Giulia e Stefano della ditta Penati consente almeno di affrontare questa situazione difficile potendo contare su un servizio impeccabile, tempestivo, preciso e su un supporto umano e professionale nel disbrigo di tutte le pratiche burocratiche. Losing a loved one is an immense pain. Poi ho conosciuto personalmente Domenica, una bella signora molto efficiente, comprensiva, umana e attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Through a dear friend I met Stefano by telephone, a very kind and helpful person. Then I personally met Domenica, a beautiful lady who is very efficient, understanding, humane and attentive to meeting our every need. He followed and advised us very competently, staying on the sidelines during the religious service but checking that everything worked perfectly.
