★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stamattina, non ho neanche fatto in tempo a mettere piede nel negozio (deserto, tra l’altro), che sono stata bloccata e mi è stato chiesto di esibire il green pass. ho risposto che non ce l’ho e ho girato i tacchi….il web è pieno di negozi on line in cui poter comprare comodamente, senza contare i molti negozi che applicano la regola dei controlli a campione, ovvero non chiedono nulla perchè hanno capito che cacciare in malo modo un cliente significa perderlo per sempre, e in questo periodo in cui i negozi sono semivuoti, per non dire vuoti del tutto, mi sembra un comportamento sensato. Ma se voi volete applicare alla lettera norme ottuse e inutili, peggio per voi. Io ero vostra cliente da vent'anni, e non ci metterò più piede. E approfitto anche per dirvi che le commesse dovrebbero seguire tutte le clienti, non soltanto le loro amiche con cui chiacchierano amabilmente ignorando chi ha bisogno di una mano, consiglio spassionato e gratuito.

I replied that I don't have it and I turned my heels ... the web is full of online shops where you can buy comfortably, not to mention the many shops that apply the rule of random checks, that is, they don't ask for anything because they understand that kicking out a customer badly means losing them forever, and in this period when the shops are half-empty, not to say completely empty, it seems sensible to me. But if you want to apply obtuse and useless rules to the letter, then that's the worse for you. I have been your client for twenty years, and I will never set foot in it again. And I also take this opportunity to tell you that the orders should follow all the customers, not just their friends with whom they chat amiably ignoring those who need a hand, dispassionate and free advice.

Reparto uomo bene fornito solo da potenziare le camicie che fino ad un anno fa aveva una vasta scelta .
Per il reparto donna quest anno c erano poca scelta per la parte cerimonia.
Ma ci tornerò sicuramente
Nice shop and very kind salespeople.
Men's department well supplied only by upgrading the shirts which until a year ago had a wide choice.
For the women's department this year there was little choice for the ceremony part.
But I will definitely be back
