★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio sempre molto ordinato, capi di marche rinomate per uomo donna e bambino, le commesse non ti "stanno addosso", è un po' come entrare nel bel negozio di abbigliamento di paese, ma in un centro commerciale.
 Shop always very tidy, well-known brands for men, women and children, the orders are not "on you", it is a bit like entering a beautiful clothing store in the village, but in a shopping center.

Bad experience. They sell tampered with items for authenticity and the salesgirls even pretend not to see. Incompetent staff and scammers.

scortesia da parte delle commesse. Fatta eccezione per la sig.ra Stefania:
la commessa migliore che mi abbia mai servito. Attenta e gentile ma non insistente. Molto professionale (l'esperienza paga in questo caso). Riesce
a capire al volo se un capo fa per te o meno e ti consiglia al meglio.
Peccato davvero che il resto dello staff non sia allo stesso livello.
Multi-brand shop, excellent selection of garments. I confirm some
rudeness on the part of the shop assistants. With the exception of Ms Stefania:
the best saleswoman I've ever served. Attentive and kind but not insistent. Very professional (experience pays off in this case). It succeeds
to understand immediately if a garment is for you or not and advises you in the best possible way.
Too bad that the rest of the staff are not at the same level.

Possibile acquisto del 20.12con possibilità di cambio entro il 31.12 quando di solito hai 30 gg. Considerando alta qualità e precedenti esperienze sono rimasta molto delusa. Non siete l unico negozio al mondo! E i clienti non sono delle pezze da piede!
Found (after a long wait) an irritating saleswoman with dry and even unprepared answers. Possible purchase of 20.12 with the possibility of exchange by 31.12 when you usually have 30 days. Considering the high quality and previous experience I was very disappointed. You are not the only shop in the world! And customers are not foot pads!
