★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa ma purtroppo l’atteggiamento delle commesse che ho trovato il giorno 26.02 (al mattino quando non c’era nessuno) mi obbliga a farlo.
Dovevo fare un regalo e c’erano un paio di jeans della nuova collezione che volevo assolutamente prendere.
Ho chiesto gentilmente alle commesse la taglia che mi serviva e mi hanno detto che in negozio non lo avevano e fino a qui tutto bene… anche se il modo da “uff non ho voglia di risponderti” iniziava a farsi presente. Per caso ho visto che sul manichino era rimasta la taglia che serviva a me e ho chiesto se era possibile averla ma la risposta era sempre negativa è da persone poco professionali.
Non le ho detto di averli subito, le ho anche chiesto che potevo aspettare la sera o il giorno dopo in modo che potessero avere tutto il tempo possibile per cambiarlo. La sua risposta sempre da sc*****a era un NO.
Mi è successo tante volte che l’ultima taglia fosse in esposizione ma comunque negli altri negozi nessuno si è rifiutato di venderlo perché in esposizione. Al massimo Mi hanno invitata a passare più tardi a ritirarlo.
Certo ognuno lavora come meglio crede ms qui oltre a non aver venduto un capo avete perso due clienti abituali. Sicuramente non vi cambieranno la vita 2 clienti in meno o i 50€ non incassati ma da ora in poi a Orio avrò un negozio in meno da chi andare
 I'm sorry to write a negative review but unfortunately the attitude of the orders that I found on 26.02 (in the morning when no one was there) forces me to do so.
I had to make a gift and there were a pair of jeans from the new collection that I absolutely wanted to get.
I kindly asked the shop assistants for the size I needed and they told me that they didn't have it in the shop and so far everything was fine… even if the way "uff I don't want to answer you" was starting to show up. By chance I saw that the size that I needed was left on the mannequin and I asked if it was possible to have it but the answer was always negative and from unprofessional people.
I didn't tell her I got them right away, I also asked her that I could wait until the evening or the next day so that they could have as much time as possible to change it. His always shitty answer was a NO.
It has happened to me many times that the last size was on display but in the other stores no one refused to sell it because it was on display. At the most, they invited me to come and pick it up later.
Of course everyone works as they see fit ms here in addition to not having sold a garment you have lost two regulars. Surely it will not change your life 2 customers less or the € 50 not cashed but from now on in Orio I will have one shop less to whom to go
