★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come successo a altre persone ho ordinato il pellet ad aprile e ai primi di novembre non avevano consegnato nulla. Ho chiesto che mi venissero restituiti i soldi ma al momento non ho ancora visto un centesimo.
As happened to other people, I ordered the pellets in April and by early November they hadn't delivered anything. I asked for my money back but at the moment I haven't seen a cent yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pellet ordinato il 2 agosto, consegna stimata settembre, A DICEMBRE MI HANNO VOLUTO CONSEGNARE UN PRODOTTO INFERIORE A QUELLO ordinato. Mandato indietro, ancora non mi hanno ridato i soldi, spariti nel nulla non rispondono al telefono. Non comprare nulla.
Pellets ordered on 2nd August, estimated delivery in September, IN DECEMBER THEY WANTED TO DELIVER A PRODUCT LESS THAN THE ONE ordered. Sent back, they still haven't given me my money back, they disappeared into thin air and they don't answer the phone. Don't buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pellet ordinata a Maggio 2021, versando il 50% come acconto, a fine novembre non è arrivato ancora nulla. Per il riscaldamento ho dovuto comprare altra pellet. Per ora non mi è stato neppure restituito l'acconto.
Aggiornamento Marzo 2022.....dopo tutti i solleciti mi è stato interamente restituito l'acconto tramite bonifico e l'annullamento della fattura.
Pellet ordered in May 2021, paying 50% as a deposit, nothing has arrived at the end of November. For the heating I had to buy more pellets. For now, the deposit has not even been returned to me.
Update March 2022 ..... after all the reminders I was fully refunded the deposit by bank transfer and the cancellation of the invoice.
