Gentilissimo poi il proprietario, ossia chi mi ha servito, almeno penso sia lui.
Available competent and kind. I just needed to make the edge of the saw blade but they proved to be very courteous and helpful, also paying attention to my little experience in the agricultural sector. Very kind then the owner, that is whoever served me, at least I think it is him.

Ho portato lo lancianeve (non acquistato da loro, e dopo che altri mi avevano detto che era una cineseria e non riparabile) e giustamente hanno detto che verificavano la possibilità di riportarlo in funzione. Dopo 2 ore mi hanno cercato e avvisato che eseguendo due modifiche vi era la possibilità di avere il macchinario funzionante. Fatto eseguire il lavoro da un meccanico molto professionale, e ho riavuto il lancianeve funzionante. Se dovessi acquistarne un altro mi appoggerei certamente a loro.
It is still a place where respect for the customer still exists. I brought the snow lance (not bought by them, and after others told me it was a chinoiserie and not repairable) and they rightly said they were checking to get it back in operation. After 2 hours they looked for me and advised that by making two changes there was the possibility of having the machine working. Had the job done by a very professional mechanic, and I got the working snow blower back. If I were to buy another one, I would certainly rely on them.
