Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia del prodotto che dalle varie risposte esaustive da parte di Walter che mi ha spiegato nei minimi particolare il funzionamento. La serieta, la correttezza e disponibilita' anche nel post vendita hanno dimostato che mettono il cliente al primo posto. Pertanto consiglio mio, prima di comperare qualsiasi prodotto su internet, imparate ad acquistare nei negozi dove oltre a vendervi i prodotti vi seguono anche dopo. Aspetto per diverso tempo "l'esperto", che arriva senza mascherina ed inizia a parlarmi (salvo metterla all'ultimo) in maniera anche piuttosto gentile. Raccolgo le informazioni che mi servono e annuncio che ne avrei parlato con mio padre. Resto qualche minuto fuori a guardare altri prodotti di mio interesse. A quel punto esce l'esperto che dice ad alta voce (senza avermi visto) di chiamarlo solo per GENTE CHE CONTA (forse voleva dire che compra, anche a caso). Inutile dire che non la prenderei lì manco me la regalassero. Imbarazzante. I go to this well-stocked shop to get information on some Stihl chainsaws.
