Poca organizzazione e soprattutto carente la comunicazione con i clienti attraverso i canali multimediali. Se si decide di vendere anche online bisogna essere organizzati, non improvvisati e soprattutto bisogna curare la comunicazione con il cliente. Non rispondere al cliente che tramite canali multimediali cerca informazioni sui prodotti da acquistare è un fattore che non mi permettere di dare una valutazione superiore alle 2 stelle, l'educazione è un fattore fondamentale per chi lavora nel commercio. Hanno tenuto le scarpe per più di un mese non facendomi sapere nulla. Sono andato in negozio diverse volte per avere notizie ma non mi hanno mai detto nulla di concreto finché me le hanno ridate SENZA aver risolto il problema poiché, secondo loro, le scarpe si sarebbero danneggiate perchè li ha indossate! Ah le avrebbe dovute guardare? Tenere nell’armadio? Non si sono nemmeno degnati a provare a ripararli. Totalmente insoddisfatti. Le due stelle vanno invece all’outlet, due stelle solo perché hanno dei buoni prodotti ma la commessa è scortese, tratta i clienti come se gli stesse facendo un favore (non mi riferisco ad un singolo episodio).
