Vi lavorano in genere due persone, uomo e donna.
Possibilmente evitate l'impiegata...e' nota per la sua aria di sufficienza e poca pazienza nel trattare i clienti e spesso in ragione di questo non da' informazioni corrette.
Mi e' capitato proprio nel mese di agosto di sentirmi rispondere picche per una prenotazione che dovevo fare (tutto sold out, diceva lei, seccata per la mia richiesta), che invece in un'altra agenzia di Locri, a soli due isolati di distanza, sono stati in grado di farmi in pochi minuti. Forse bastava dare un'occhiata piu' accurata al pc? Chissa'...comunque sia, educazione e rispetto per i clienti che ti pagano lo stipendio sono un must a prescindere. La signora in questione dovrebbe prendere qualche lezione.

Possibly you avoid the employee ... she is known for her air of sufficiency and little patience in dealing with customers and often because of this she does not give correct information.
I 'happened in the month of August to feel muster for a reservation I had to do (all sold out, she said, annoyed by my request), instead of Locri in another agency, just two blocks away , they were able to do me in a few minutes. Perhaps it was enough to take a closer look at the PC? Who knows ... anyway, education and respect for the customers who pay you the salary are a must regardless. The lady in question should take some lessons.
