Unico neo l'assenza di terminali per i pagamenti elettronici sui mezzi, solo contante, peccato! The shuttle service to Lamezia airport is very good, well managed and fairly punctual compared to bookings made on various channels. Vedendomi straniera pensavano di potermi fregare e ci sono riusciti!! Mi hanno fatto partire in piena pandemia con mia figlia, non mi avevano detto che mi serve un contratto per andare al estero, io ce l’avevo ma era troppo tardi perché ero sicura di quello che mi hanno detto loro! A Roma mi hanno tornata indietro e loro mi hanno detto che l’albergo per passare la notte la e tornare il secondo giorno è tutto pagato, quando sono tornata per fare il rimborso mi hanno detto di pagare l’albergo. Da un totale di 600€ non hanno ritornato nemmeno la metà !!! Si sono rimangiati tutte le parole che avevano detto. Gente ignorante e la responsabile dei biglietti mi aggrediva per non poter dirgli la verità in faccia tenendo un tono molto alto nella conversazione!! Non ci si può ragionare con lei perché voleva avere la ragione! La verità fa male. Non vi raccomando questa agenzia specialmente agli “stranieri” perché vi fregheranno solo i soldi!!! Niente rispetto e responsabilità. I put a star on it because less is not possible !! And an agency that should only be called THIEVES. Seeing me as a foreigner they thought they could cheat me and they succeeded !! They let me leave in the middle of the pandemic with my daughter, they didn't tell me that I need a contract to go abroad, I had one but it was too late because I was sure of what they told me! In Rome they came back and they told me that the hotel to spend the night there and come back on the second day is fully paid, when I returned to make the refund they told me to pay for the hotel. From a total of 600 € not even half returned !!! They took back all the words they had said. Ignorant people and the ticket manager attacked me for not being able to tell him the truth in the face by keeping a very high tone in the conversation !! We cannot reason with her because she wanted to be right! The truth hurts. I do not recommend this agency especially to "foreigners" because they will only cheat your money !!! No respect and responsibility.
