Nessun preventivo.Le solite scuse torna tra una settimana è sarà pronto,ci sono ritardi, il mercato è fermo . Che dire grazie per la perdita di tempo.A notizia il mio pc è stato riparato in 5gg lavorativi tramite un centro assistenza decisamente più disponibile nei confronti della clientela. Bad judgment because they made me wait 5 months to repair a PC that has never been checked. No quote, the usual excuses come back in a week and it will be ready, there are delays, the market is at a standstill. What can I say thanks for the waste of time. News my pc was repaired in 5 working days by a service center much more available to customers.

Negozio di persone ONESTISSIME in quanto tutti gli altri hanno chiesto una maggiorazione dopo mesi per evadere gli ordini, mentre loro no! Consigliatissimo. Volevo comprare il pc da 1800€ ma ci sto ripensando anche perché se ci mette un mese ad arrivare… comunque servizio clienti inesistente purtroppo m, me lo avevano consigliato in molti ma non mi fido più di molto ormai I have been trying to contact for more than a week. Nobody replies to emails or phones. I wanted to buy the 1800 € pc but I'm rethinking it also because if it takes a month to arrive ... anyway, unfortunately no customer service, many had recommended it to me but I don't trust much by now

Un set up che mi ha permesso di imparare tantissimo senza far esperienza dai miei eventuali errori (la teoria la sapevo ma non avevo tempo di fare errori sulla pratica). A quasi 2 anni di distanza dal mio acquisto sono qui per ringraziarli del lavoro fatto. Great service and good customer support. A set up that allowed me to learn a lot without experiencing any mistakes (I knew the theory but I didn't have time to make mistakes on the practice). Almost 2 years after my purchase, I am here to thank them for the work they have done.

All'inizio ero un pò scettico, ma mi sono fidato del giudizio di altri miei amici che hanno acquistato presso loro. Non ho riscontrato alcun tipo di problema hardware, se non che la ventola dell'alimentatore non girava in quanto, durante il trasporto, si era scollegata. In ogni caso il supporto si è subito adoperato nel rispondere alla mia richiesta, indicandomi prontamente il problema. L'unico serio problema che ho riscontrato è dovuto ad una serie di crash da alcuni giochi. Inizialmente pensavo fosse dovuto al surriscaldamento di una componente, ma l'hardware funzionava correttamente rivelando, così, un problema software dei driver della RTX 3070 (risolto grazie agli aggiornamenti di Geforce Experience). Non metto 5 stelle perché non ho ancora provato al 100% il PC, ma sarò felice di rivalutare il tutto tra qualche mese, con qualche informazione in più! First purchase through the site, I ordered my first gaming pc. At first I was a bit skeptical, but I trusted the judgment of my other friends who bought from them. I have not encountered any kind of hardware problem, except that the fan of the power supply was not spinning because, during transport, it was disconnected. In any case, the support immediately worked to respond to my request, promptly indicating the problem. The only serious problem I have encountered is due to a series of crashes from some games. Initially I thought it was due to the overheating of a component, but the hardware was working correctly thus revealing a software problem of the RTX 3070 drivers (solved thanks to the updates of Geforce Experience). I don't put 5 stars because I haven't tried the PC 100% yet, but I'll be happy to reassess everything in a few months, with some more information!

Compreró ancora qui, poco ma sicuro. Negozio estremamente consigliato, una perla a Desio. Fantastic shop, they managed to get me a 32GB DDR5 kit but above all they made me pay the right price (the list price) without unnecessary baggage, so they are also honest. I will buy here again, inexpensively but for sure. Extremely recommended shop, a pearl in Desio.
