J	Jefferson Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione dopo il covid, il comune non è per niente accessibile, in maniera telematica non ci si riesce a prenotare perche dice che non ci vuole la prenotazione, ti presenti di persona e non ti vogliono nemmeno ascoltare senza appuntamento, chiami al numero dopo 20 min non ti risponde nessuno, non è possibile che abitando a Desio uno deve andare fra 2 mesi ad Arcore per fare una semplice carta d'identità Bad management after the covid, the municipality is not accessible at all, you can't book online because it says you don't need to book, you show up in person and they don't even want to listen to you without an appointment, you call the number after 20 min no one answers you, it is not possible that living in Desio one has to go to Arcore in 2 months to make a simple identity card
n	ness nessuno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uffici stato civile, arrogante, a dir poco maleducata, poco competente, li ho dovuto spiegare io come comportarsi per registrare la residenza di mio figlio, e per di più un linguaggio a dir poco scurrile ( mi ha ripetuto 4 volte che io non sono deficiente e che loro non sono deficienti) quando nessuno a dato del deficiente a nessuno! Anzi e per di più di è messa a fare la sbruffona parlandomi in inglese senza nemmeno rispettare la normativa covid del metro di distanza! Invece dicendo che sono in ritardo con le pratiche,che non hanno personale,mi hanno annullato l'appuntamento per la carta d'identità,dopo che mi avevano assicurato di non farlo. Ho perso il portafoglio con i documenti e invece di aiutare i propri cittadini,li mettono in difficoltà. Sono senza documenti da due mesi e non riesco a fare nulla senza. Pessima organizzazione. Se non mi fossi trasferita da poco me ne andrei subito da questo paese,per non fargli un centesimo delle mie tasse. Aggiungo una stella( da uno a due) solo perché avete,chiamato scusandovi. Se andrà tutto per il meglio ,dato che devo sbrigare altre pratiche,sarò ben lieta di modificare la recensione negativa. Bad experience.
