Abbiamo fatto un appuntamento ma ho trovato impreparati riguardo le leggi che regolamentano i confini tra proprietà ed non aggiornato con la situazione reale essendo costruito abusivamente con deroghe . Mo ho un vicino che da anni mi tiene al buio ,ha fatto crescere una siepe attaccata al muro di confine più di 4 mt attualmente ,dice che il muro e suo ma è 50% e minaccia di alzarlo al suo piacimento . Ho contattato carabinieri,polizia locale ma nessuno interviene . Ma la legge è solo per subirlo ? Faccio appello a qualche avvocato di aiutarmi a far luce . Hello, a couple of years ago I went to the cadastral technical office with a problem. We made an appointment but I found unprepared about the laws that regulate the boundaries between properties and not updated with the real situation being built illegally with exceptions. Mo I have a neighbor who has kept me in the dark for years, he has grown a hedge attached to the border wall more than 4 meters currently, he says that the wall is his but it is 50% and threatens to raise it to his liking. I contacted carabinieri, local police but no one intervenes. But is the law just to suffer it? I appeal to some lawyer to help me shed some light.

Come al solito residenti, commercianti e lavoratori sono messi in secondo piano, la priorità ricade sempre sul Dio soldo. Per non pensare poi ai genitori che portano/ prendono i figli dalle scuole Cordialmente. Ma non c'è la direttiva che dopo il 15 ottobre gli uffici pubblici sarebbero tornati ad accessi liberi? They still have to make the appointment and of course they don't answer the phone. Ho inoltrato la richiesta di residenza una settimana 8 giorni fa tramite mail ed é stata ignorata... They don't answer the phone, they make an appointment but they don't receive.
