They told me a non-real thing they wanted to make me change the whole motherboard because the video card attack didn't work instead it was just the video card in fact it changed it and now it goes like never, I haven't seen my money yet despite having the wrong diagnosis

Da subito sono stato accolto con educazione e cordialità, i ragazzi hanno ascoltato, con attenzione quali potevano essere le mie esigenze, consigliandomi il prodotto che secondo loro sarebbe stato perfetto per me.
In meno di un giorno hanno elaborato e speditomi via mail il preventivo lasciandomi il tempo di decidere, nei due giorni successivi li ho tempestati di chiamate per aver chiarimenti su quanti possibili dubbi stavo avendo, ed anche in questo caso hanno dimostrato massima gentilezze e disponibilità.
In meno di una settimana ho avuto il mio computer nuovo e perfetto.
Sono stato davvero soddisfatto, lo consiglio vivamente.

Having to change my computer after 8 years, I went to PC Buster, initially to start getting ideas.
I was immediately welcomed with education and cordiality, the boys listened carefully to what my needs might be, recommending the product that in their opinion would have been perfect for me.
In less than a day they elaborated and sent me the estimate by email, leaving me the time to decide, in the following two days I stormed them with calls to clarify how many possible doubts I was having, and also in this case they showed maximum kindness and availability.
In less than a week I had my new and perfect computer.
I was really satisfied, I highly recommend it.

Per il resto il personale è gentile e il computer ora funziona perfettamente.
I brought my laptop to replace a fan (market price around 25 euros), time spent 13 days, total cost of the service, 95 euros. Judge for yourself.
For the rest, the staff is friendly and the computer now works perfectly.

Sono molto competenti: fanno la diagnostica del computer e, in giornata, ti dicono tempi e costi dell'intervento. I paid their deposit upfront for a simple fan replacement, after a few days they called me and asked for a completely ridiculous amount of money to proceed. They weren't transparent with the pricing at all. I had to tell them I didn't want the repair done. Afterwards they refused to answer simple questions about my situation even though I had paid for their services in the deposit. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Definitely avoid doing business with this place at all cost.

The whole point of you disassembling and reassembling the laptop was to find a possible replacement for the fan. The amount I paid for your services should have included the answer to the simple question "What is the model of the fan?". Don't you worry, I am completely aware that the replacement isn't available in Italy, that is exactly why I chose not to proceed. If you had given me my money's worth and told me the model, I would have gotten to the fan without paying the €285 you asked for a simple laptop fan replacement. But you are so money hungry that you refused to tell me what I had paid for.
As for being untruthful, even though you told me that you had found a replacement for the fan and it would cost €285 to replace, today when I talked to your colleague he told me that he couldn't tell me anything because you hadn't even found the exact replacement model yet. I don't know if this is a miscommunication between you or a blatant lie but still it's not a good look.
In the future I advise you to treat your customers more sensibly.
