★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale alquanto scortese di una mancanza di gentilezza che rasenta la cafoneria.Mi riferisco nello specifico all'infermiera che al mio chiedere in modo gentile ed educato un informazione per una prenotazione voltandomi le spalle mi ha liquidato con un "deve chiamare telefonicamente" non dandomi neanche l'opportunità di spiegare la mia situazione nello specifico.
Se il personale si approccia in questo modo preferisco soffrire il mal di denti che farmi visitare da persone che hanno dimenticato le regole fondamentali della buona educazione e dell'approccio al cliente con le dovute attenzioni.
Ma ciò che mi lascia basito è che si permetta a tali persone di interloquire con i pazienti dando un immagine distorta di quella che probabilmente è la professionalità medica di tale studio.
Ma su questo non mi posso pronunciare perché, grazie a Dio non è l'unico dentista qui a Pavia.
Sono rimasto allibito di quanto possa essere sgradevole la mancanza di totale empatia verso uno sconosciuto.
Una vergogna assoluta.
