In caso di emergenza uno non si trova a fare storie, ma ora posso: personale maleducato, antipatico e anche incompetente. Rude even in case of extreme need. La dottoressa sembrava che avesse fretta di mandare via...ma non c'erano altri in attesa....davvero un servizio inutile dove ci si sente dire "vada in pronto soccorso che non posso fare niente io!". The medical guard only wastes time because he neither solves nor wants to take any responsibility! What is it for then? One doesn't go there for fun. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry to send away ... but there were no others waiting .... really a useless service where you hear "go to the emergency room, I can't do anything!".

Disperato, un amico mi ha mandato qui: 10 minuti ed ero fuori, medicato e con la diagnosi. Se potessi dare 10 stelle, le darei. Anche 11. Grazie di tutto! Continuate così. To another "famous" emergency room, after 3 hours and 50 minutes they didn't touch my injury by mistake. Desperate, a friend sent me here: 10 minutes and I was out, medicated and diagnosed.
