Massimo, lo chef, offre un ampio menù dove spiccano i piatti a base di pesce e alcune ricette liguri preparate alla perfezione (l'insuperabile pesto servito con le reginette, fagiolini e patate; la cima genovese!!, ecc.). Sala e bagni pulitissimi e personale gentile. Prezzi adeguati all'offerta. Da non perdere. I think the only self service in Piedmont with a level of cuisine higher than that of a restaurant. Massimo, the chef, offers an extensive menu featuring fish dishes and some Ligurian recipes prepared to perfection (the unsurpassed pesto served with queens, green beans and potatoes; Genoese top !!, etc.). Very clean room and bathrooms and friendly staff. Prices adapted to the offer. Not to be missed.
