Ho tentato di prendere cordialmente appuntamento per una data a loro scelta per sbrigare una mia pratica, ma il personale, in particolare quello addetto ai servizi di maternità prima mi ha riferito di non prendere appuntamenti e dopo mi ha detto di avere l'agenda piena. Sotto mia insistenza, mi ha dato una data e mi ha avvertito di venire il prima possibile ( al mattino o al pomeriggio ) per incastrarmi. Ciò voleva dire incastrare la mia pratica alle altre ed essere disposta ad aspettare in ufficio da loro almeno due ore! Personalmente, credo di meritare un briciolo in più di professionalità dal momento in cui ho dato la mia massima disponibilità per tutto l'arco temporale che questo impiegato poteva coprire. In più, conscia del fatto che fossi all'ottavo mese di gravidanza non ha mostrato il ben che minino di elasticità mentale e professionale. Spero vivamente che facciano dei controlli sulla condotta professionale di certi dipenenti. Questa donna è stata tanto scortese nel modo di parlare e scorbutica che merita tutto il disturbo che mi sono presa a recensire il servizio offerto dal patronato SIAS di corso Torino. Spero che tale giudizio non influisca sulla condotta degli altri impiegati che non ho avuto modo di giudicare e che sicuramente avranno condotte differenti.
My judgment is negative. I tried to make a cordial appointment for a date of their choice to attend to one of my practices, but the staff, especially the one assigned to maternity services earlier, told me not to make appointments and then told me they had the full agenda. Under my insistence, he gave me a date and warned me to come as soon as possible (in the morning or afternoon) to frame. That meant my practice to engage the other and be willing to wait in the office from them at least two hours! Personally, I think I deserve a bit more professionalism from the moment I gave my maximum availability for the entire time period that this employee could cover. In addition, aware that I was eight months pregnant did not show well that undermine mental and professional elasticity. I sincerely hope they do the checks on the professional conduct of certain dipenenti. This woman was so rude in the way she spoke and crabby that she deserved all the trouble I took to review the service offered by the SIAS patronage of Corso Torino. I hope that this judgment will not affect the conduct of other employees that I had no way of judging and that surely will have different behaviors.
