D	Duccio Ducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo CAF per un 730 ma purtroppo sono stati fatti errori grossolani con gli oneri deducibili e le detrazioni. Per fortuna me ne sono accorto, ma sono dovuto tornare per la correzione, tramite un 730 integrativo. Visti gli errori, mi sarei aspettato un rimborso di quanto pagato per il 730 (con errori) o almeno delle scuse, che non sono arrivate. Sconsigliato. Aggiornamento successivo alla risposta: il 730 con grossolani errori ( uno per tutti: previdenza complementare inserita tra le detrazioni come polizza vita anziché tra gli oneri deducibili...) è quello del 2019, redatto esclusivamente da questo Caf, purtroppo con errori che ho dovuto correggere. Quanto all'educazione, non capisco. Dare una recensione negativa è maleducazione? I turned to this CAF for a 730 but unfortunately mistakes were made with deductible charges and deductions. Non ho avuto problemi a chiedere informazioni per telefono. Le comunicazioni avvengono puntualmente via e-mail. Unico neo, il portone non è facilmente reperibile, basterebbe precisare che è il primo della strada partendo da Sud, e la targa all'ingresso potrebbe guidare meglio agli uffici. Ho notato già l'anno scorso un cambiamento in negativo per quanto riguarda la qualità: poco disponibili, attese infinite al telefono.... Proprio pochi minuti fa, mi sono imbattuta telefonicamente, con quello che credo sia il titolare, un uomo di una certa età, per avere delucidazioni riguardo ad un Isee: di una maleducazione spropositata. È nata una discussione totalmente inutile su una richiesta che lui non ha compreso correttamente e ha iniziato ad urlarmi contro. Io mi sono limitata a salutarlo cordialmente augurandogli una buona giornata. Ora, io questo Isee lo devo fare per forza perché ne ho bisogno, ma credo non metterò mai più piede in quell'ufficio ne tanto meno lo consiglierò. A totally useless discussion arose about a request he didn't understand correctly and started yelling at me. I simply greeted him cordially and wished him a good day. Now, I have to do this Isee because I need it, but I think I will never set foot in that office, much less will I recommend it.

In particolare non mi è stato rimborsato un addebito dell'AdE per integrazione dovuta ad errori del Caf. P	Patrizia Blanco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono trovata benissimo. Sono efficienti, gentili, disponibili e sopratutto molto competenti. Non andrei da nessun altro Caaf. Inoltre adesso si può usufruire del servizio online per le pratiche che ho trovato efficientissimo. I had a great time. They are efficient, kind, helpful and above all very competent. S	Silvana faussone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clienti da sempre per la compilazione del 730, il servizio é peggiorato ultimamente. Personale arrogante e maleducato, nessun rispetto degli appuntamenti. L'ultima esperienza decisamente negativa. Chiedo telefonicamente un appuntamento,in qualunque giorno purché sia il primo del mattino sperando di non subire i soliti ritardi. Appuntamento ore 9, arrivo alle 8.50 nessun operatore alla reception dove un cartello dice di attendere l'incaricato per accedere in sala di attesa. 9.05 finalmente arriva un'impiegata che chiede a chi è già in sala d'attesa chi era il primo arrivato x le ore 9, faccio presente che anch'io avevo appuntamento alle 9 , - si accomodi in sala d'attesa-....poi arriva altra impiegata chiedendo chi è arrivato prima sempre per le 9....per fortuna in sala d'attesa c'è un cartello che invita i clienti ad arrivare in orario per non creare assembramenti. Mio marito perde la pazienza ed invece delle scuse viene maltrattato da un'altro impiegato, che dice che dal medico si aspetta anche 4 ore senza lamentarsi.. e quindi bisogna aspettare in silenzio altrimenti verranno chiamate addirittura le forze dell'ordine. Faccio presente che per la compilazione di un mod 730 congiunto semplice da reddito di pensione si paga 60 euro MAI PIÙ !! I was registered and they made me pay the same to get Isee and I think it was not due! Be careful. Little prepared and little available. to others.
