★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre volte che provo a chiamare e non risponde mai nessuno.....andrò di persona.....ma di questi tempi pensavo fosse meglio una chiamata per un appuntamento piuttosto che andare in massa negli uffici. No comment. Per il resto mi sono quasi sempre trovato bene.
Three times I try to call and no one ever answers ..... I'll go in person ..... but these days I thought it was better to call for an appointment than to go en masse to the offices. No comment. For the rest I have almost always found myself well.

Long waiting times, they don't answer the phone, if they answer you setter on another line and then they attack. If you go in person you have to wait endless minutes to make an appointment. Lack of professionalism and seriousness

Mai risposto chiaramente alle mail sulla scadenza della NASPI, facendomi perdere un mese di pagamento. Alla fine ho richiesto la nuova NASPI per conto mio.
Unemployment office impossible to contact despite dozens and dozens of phone calls.
Never replied clearly to the emails on the expiration of the NASPI, making me lose a month of payment. Eventually I applied for the new NASPI on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il problema di base chi lavora sono ragazzi che non operano con professionalità e impegno tranne per conoscenza mancanza di rispetto per chi viene per avere aiuto per avere delle risposte sembra che dai fastidio . Questa è l Italia del futuro. Che va a rotoli. Vi chiedo i ragazzi prima di essere assunti scelti fate delle selezioni con dei corsi ? Una volta esisteva il garzone che per certo non sapete manco cosa vuole dire. E lì si metteva alla prova. Dopo di che se meritava veniva assunto.. ragazzi se qualcuno vi cerca non vi cerca per rompervi le palle. Ha solamente bisogno di aiuto. E ripeto visto e sentito di persona se sono conoscenti amici subito si muovono. Non va bene. Ci vuole professionalità.
Unfortunately, the basic problem of those who work are young people who do not work with professionalism and commitment except for knowledge, lack of respect for those who come for help to get answers, it seems that they are annoying. This is the Italy of the future. That is falling apart. I ask you guys before being hired chosen, do you make selections with courses? Once there was the boy who for sure you don't even know what he means. And there he put himself to the test. After that if he deserved he was hired .. guys if someone is looking for you they are not looking to piss you off. He just needs help. And I repeat seen and heard in person if they are acquaintances friends immediately move. That's no good. It takes professionalism.
