★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C' ero stata nel 2018 e mi ero trovata benissimo tanto da consigliarlo a parenti e amici. Invece oggi è stata veramente una brutta esperienza, maleducata la persona alla reception, frettolosi e poco esaurienti gli addetti. Non lo consiglio più a nessuno di sicuro
 I had been there in 2018 and had a great time, so much so that I recommended it to relatives and friends. Instead today it was a really bad experience, rude person at the reception, hasty and not very thorough staff. I don't recommend it to anyone for sure anymore

Rude and in my opinion also racist and should be removed so as not to hinder the good work that others do ...
