★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'infopoint ha sbagliato a inserire il mio codice fiscale durante il mio tesseramento. Sull'app e online non è possibile cambiare i dati anagrafici. Non capisco come sia possibile sbagliare di gran lunga una cosa del genere dato che avevo fornito questa informazione io stessa nel loro formulario.
Ora mi tocca aspettare che venga risolto questo mio disagio a MIE SPESE perché non posso usufruire delle agevolazioni UNIPASS per gli universitari a causa di questo problema.
 The infopoint made a mistake in entering my tax code during my registration. It is not possible to change personal data on the app and online. I don't understand how it is possible to go far wrong with such a thing since I had provided this information myself in their form.
Now I have to wait for this inconvenience of mine to be resolved at MY EXPENSES because I cannot take advantage of the UNIPASS concessions for university students due to this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, posto sporco, orari non rispettati. Personale di Autoguidovie che definirli poco professionali è il minimo, maleducati che danno informazioni sbagliate. Ho perso 3 ore di viaggio perchè mi era stato detto che la biglietteria fosse aperta tutti i giorni fino alle 18.00. Vado lì ed è chiusa sia sabato pomeriggio che domenica. Sul sito non c'è scritto nulla. In più mi è stata addebitata una multa perchè non avevano la macchinetta per controllare se l'abbonamentro trenord fosse attivo o meno. Il servizio e la compagnia peggiore di sempre.
Bad service, dirty place, not respected hours. Autoguidovie staff who call them unprofessional is the least, rude who give wrong information. I lost 3 hours of travel because I was told that the ticket office was open every day until 18.00. I go there and it is closed on both Saturday afternoon and Sunday. There is nothing written on the site. In addition, I was charged a fine because they did not have the machine to check if the Trenord pass was active or not. Worst service and company ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è coperto e un po' triste. Meglio non frequentarlo nelle ore più buie. È collegato ad un piazzale di negozi tramite una scala antincendio. Percorrendo le varie vie si arriva anche all'Esselunga lì vicina. Anche questi vicoli sono da evitare nelle ore buie perché nonostante siano zone di negozi e caffè non c'è sorveglianza.
The place is covered and a little sad. Better not to frequent it in the darkest hours. It is connected to a shopping mall by a fire escape. Along the various routes you also arrive at the nearby Esselunga. These alleys are also to be avoided in the dark hours because although they are areas of shops and cafes there is no surveillance.
