Nel 2014 ho scoperto di essere intollerante al glutine e pur togliendolo dalla mia alimentazione continuavo a stare male e a prendere peso pur non mangiando in maniera eccessiva. In questi anni i miei problemi come i chili sono aumentati sempre di più. Quest' estate un' amica mi ha consigliato di affidarmi alla dr.ssa e così ho fatto; l' ho incontrata, mi ha ascoltata e ho iniziato con tanta fiducia questo piano alimentare adatto a me. Solo pochi giorni dopo già ho iniziato a sentirmi meglio e ogni giorno che passava sempre di più. Ho perso ad oggi 16 chili riacquistando la taglia che avevo 10 anni fa, ma soprattutto ho ritrovato un benessere fisico e mentale che non avevo più da anni. Di questo devo ringraziare la dr.ssa Mustacchio e consiglio a chiunque stia leggendo e ne abbia bisogno di affidarsi a lei perché saprà aiutarvi. In 2014 I discovered that I was gluten intolerant and while removing it from my diet I continued to feel bad and gain weight while not eating excessively. In recent years my problems like kilos have increased more and more. This summer a friend advised me to entrust myself to Dr. and so I did; I met her, she listened to me and I started this food plan suitable for me with great confidence. Only a few days later I already started to feel better and every day that went by more and more. To date I have lost 16 kilos by regaining the size I had 10 years ago, but above all I have found a physical and mental well-being that I had not had for years. For this I have to thank Dr. Mustacchio and I recommend to anyone who is reading and needs to rely on her because she will be able to help you.
