Devo dire che anche questa volta è stato un successo. Ho adorato la mia pizza Sofia che mi ha sorpreso per gusto, equilibrio e leggerezza (con gorgo, lardo e castagne non è scontata la leggerezza). La pasta leggera ma saziante con buona consistenza anche da fredda. Mi pento di non aver provato prima?
I often buy pizza and focaccia in a pan for lunch in this place and I'm never wrong. This time I wanted to try the round pizzas for the whole family in the evening. I must say that this time too it was a success. I loved my Sofia pizza which surprised me with its taste, balance and lightness (lightness is not obvious with eddy, lard and chestnuts). The light but satiating pasta with good consistency even when cold. I regret not trying before?
