Mi reco da lui per un problema alla ruota libera e, incapace di risolvere il problema, si concentra su deragliatore e copertoni (a suo dire troppo larghi, striscerebbero ....) criticando i miei precedenti meccanici, che non avrebbero fatto bene il loro lavoro. Quando provo a insistere che il problema è il corpetto ruota libera e non di altra natura va su tutte le furie, chiedendomi perché non ma la aggiustavo da solo se già sapevo: lui ne sa più di me. Non è capace di smontare il pacco pignoni e se la prende con chi l'ha montato, avrebbe stretto troppo.
Ciliegina sulla torta: devo pagare 5 euro. Non ho voglia di litigare. Pago ed esco. Almeno mi ha fatto lo scontrino.
As a mechanic a zero. When I try to insist that the problem is the freewheel body and not of another nature it goes on a rampage, wondering why not but I fixed it myself if I already knew: he knows more than I do. He is unable to dismantle the sprocket pack and if he takes it out on whoever has assembled it, he would have tightened too much.
Icing on the cake: I have to pay 5 euros. I don't feel like fighting. I pay and go out. At least he gave me a receipt.

Nel mese di Giugno compravo una Ridley A-Ignite 2x 11. Il corriere BRT mi consegnava la bici danneggiata con Graffi evidenti è profondi, inoltre dentro la scatola mancava la Sella di colore Bianco. Dopo il danno la Beffa Patos scarica le colpe BRT e viceversa, Io sono rimasto danneggiato. Dopo aver raggiunto un accordo con Patos, ancora ad oggi non l'ha mai rispettato. Mi sembra di quelle persone che dicono " stai tranquillo, ci penso io, faccio tutto io , ci penso io " mi sembra un Film , tutto fumo niente risultati. Comunque io rimango danneggiato dopo aver spesso 1200,00 €.
IL NEGOZIO PATOS DOPO VARII VERIFICHE CON OTTIMA PROFESSIONALITA MI RIMBORSAVA IL DANNO CON SELLA SAN MARCO. LA BRT DOEFIZIONE NON COMMENT....PATOS CURA I CLIENTI CLIENTI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato, mi trovo d'accordo (ahimè) con molti dei commenti negativi. Ordinato dei rulli indicati come "disponibile immediatamente". Dopo 5 giorni dall'acquisto ho chiamato non avendo avuto nessun segnale e mi è stato risposto che li avevano finiti e che avevano solo quelli più cari. Ovviamente non si degnano nemmeno di avvisare e ancor oggi indicano i rulli in consegna immediata. Non commento nè la superficialità delle risposte ma ancor più il menefreghismo del responsabile e la sua maleducazione. Sicuramente dopo questo trattamento non comprerò nè consiglierò questo negozio
Not recommended, I agree (alas) with many of the negative comments. Ordered rollers listed as "immediately available". After 5 days from the purchase I called having had no signal and was told that they had run out and that they only had the most expensive ones. Obviously they do not even deign to notify and even today indicate the rollers for immediate delivery. I do not comment or the superficiality of the answers but even more the indifference of the person responsible and his rudeness. I will definitely not buy or recommend this shop after this treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata in questo negozio la mia bici elettrica in garanzia in quanto centro assistenza della marca in questione....dopo un anno mi consegnano la bici dopo varie peripezie, con più di 200 euro di conto nonostante fosse in garanzia....vabbè ci sta. Prendo la bici faccio 20 mt e mi rendo conto che è completamente instabile perchè ha la ruota davanti storta.
Torno da loro e la ragazza preposta per la seconda volta chiama il proprietario che con fare arrogante mi dice di essere in riunione... insomma dico dopo un anno , 220 euro di conto nonostante fosse in garanzia .... è mai possibile che non provate neanche la bici prima della consegna....cmq una risposra più garbata del proprietario avrebbe evitato nonostante tutto la recensione negativa....insomma la bici portata in un altro centro assistenza per sistemare la ruota.
