V	Vito Losciale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a parte aver fatto parecchia attesa nonostante la prenotazione ma essendo sabato è comprensibile. per il resto personale cortese e simpatico. il locale si divide tra macelleria dove si sceglie la carne e saletta semplice e rustica che forse amplifica il vociare dei commensali. portate buonissime, in particolare il pollo ruspante condito è stato eccezionale. in 12 abbiamo speso 22 a testa per un tot di 8 kg di carne circa apart from having waited a lot despite the booking but being Saturday is understandable. for the rest, courteous and friendly staff. the restaurant is divided between a butcher's shop where meat is chosen and a simple and rustic room which perhaps amplifies the din of the diners. delicious courses, in particular the seasoned free range chicken was exceptional. in 12 we spent 22 each for a total of about 8 kg of meat

Le ribs favolose, panini seri e grande selezione di carni! Consigliatissimo! Not bad! I often go there after training or after soccer with friends, and it's always a pleasure. Fabulous ribs, serious sandwiches and great selection of meats! Highly recommended!

Ultimamente ho chiesto una "Fiorentina" cotta a puntino ed accompagnata da un esaltante vino rosso locale formaggi di qualità. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale da consigliare. Una delle poche macellerie che da importanza anche alle persone intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio, utilizzando prodotti che di base non contengono glutine o lattosio. Lo consiglio per una serata in tranquillità con amici o con la famiglia. L'unica pecca è il locale molto piccolo in confronto alla grande affluenza di clienti. Lo consiglio vivamente. I love the meat of this place! I go back whenever I can. The location is simple and the staff quiet and nice. One of the few butchers that also gives importance to people intolerant to gluten and lactose, using basic products that do not contain gluten or lactose. I recommend it for a quiet evening with friends or family. The only flaw is the very small place compared to the large number of customers. I highly recommend it.

Inoltre il servizio e la location sono ineccepibili, la qualità della carne è suprema e si avvicina alla manna dal cielo. Facendo un'esperienza del genere ci si rende conto che tutte le altre macellerie sono inferiori. Per non parlare del carisma e della simpatia del macellaio, che delizia i clienti con metafore trasverberanti. Per tutte queste ragioni ed altre che non elenco per questioni di spazio, è stata la macelleria eletta come migliore a Bari nel 2019. Ci torno ogni volta che posso, spesso con amici settentrionali, per gustare delle vere prelibatezze, delle preparazioni originali, dei tagli di carne scelti sapientemente dal sig. Pastore e la sua famiglia. La possibilità di scegliere la carne in macelleria e di poterla gustare sul posto, in un locale molto famigliare, é una combinazione vincente. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi! Cozy place and very high quality meat. I go back whenever I can, often with northern friends, to taste the real delicacies, the original preparations, the cuts of meat chosen wisely by Mr. Pastor and his family. The possibility of choosing meat in a butcher's shop and being able to taste it on the spot, in a very familiar place, is a winning combination. Absolutely competitive prices!
