Non può dire o far vedere ai clienti : LE MANI SONO PULITE. I batteri non si vedono. Nulla da dire sulla vostra carne tranne le venate carne di manzo stopposa. m	maria guidone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente dopo il lockdown siamo tornati da loro,hanno ristrutturato tutto il locale facendo la parte esterna molto bella ma manca ancora una parte..ho assaggiato per la prima volta i salumi home made fatti da loro e sono ottimi,il tagliere misto costa poco ed è stracolmo,poi i cavalli di battaglia come straccetti,gnummaridd,zampina e bombette assortite e per rinfrescarsi un sorbetto all'anguria.Insomma ci torniamo spesso e lo consiglio!! La conosco da quasi 15 anni e posso garantire al 100% che Lorenzo (proprietario) e lo staff sono persone squisite e gentilissime. Per quanto concerne le carni, pollame ruspante compreso (vendono solo quella tipologia), bisogna visitare la "boutique-macelleria" per realizzare le infinite specialità gastronomiche che offrono alla clientela. Inoltre, ottimo angolo wine e food. Butcher-Braceria "The Tradition".
