Onestamente per quello che costa è nettamente superiore la De Cecco che vince a mani basse , pur essendo un prodotto commerciale. La pasta, in Italia, è una cosa molto seria. Cottura che rispecchia i tempi indicati per chi ama la pasta al dente, il sughetto si è amalgamato in modo perfetto con l'aggiunta di parmiggiano. Concludo dicendo che nei miei anni ne ho mangiato di varie marche e devo dire che il pastificio Masciarelli è senza ombra di dubbio tra i migliori che attualmente ci sono considerando poi che i buoni pastifici si contano sulle dita di una mano. Hai la possibilità di scegliere tra una varietà di buste e sacchetti da 2 - 3 euro per portare via il prodotto e la sostanza è tutta quella. Ho speso 25,20 euro per assaggiare il prodotto e rappresentarlo con cognizione di causa e non mi hanno tolto neanche i 20 centesimi che ovviamente comunque non avrebbero inciso sul giudizio finale. Se sei un professionista lascia perdere è a livello di un buon prodotto da supermercato ma assolutamente niente di particolare. Riproverò il prodotto per sicurezza e perché tendenzialmente valuto le cose dopo diverso tempo ma questa volta il divario tra prezzo e qualità non mi ha lasciato, purtroppo, nessun dubbio.
