Dopo l'apertura ufficiale da parte delle autorità con il famoso taglio del nastro tricolore, un validissimo catering ha fatto degustare ottimi piatti di pasta condita in diversi modi, accompagnati da buoni vini e spumanti, sotto il gazebi che riparavano da vento e pioggia. Complimenti per il grande lavoro e auguroni a tutti quelli della Fiorita!? Si entra suonando il campanello e si trova in bellissimo banco frigo con tutte le specialità della casa. Mi riservo di valutare il prodotto che devo consumare in questi giorni. I prezzi sono molto competitivi e l'assortimento molto vasto. Il primo contatto è stato ottimo. Molto gentile la signorina al banco e dopo l'acquisto mi hanno fatto anche un omaggio... Tra i vari prodotti, spicca ancora di più la produzione dei tortelli mugellani per i quali la parola d ordine è l'assoluta filiera corta e certificata. Quindi uno si aspetta di trovare all'interno lardo e cavolo nero, ma non è così...dopo averli fatti inizio a mangiare e sento la ricotta che tra l'altro non mi piace, vado a rivedere la confezione e mi accorgo che sotto la confezione c'è effettivamente scritto 62% di ricotta, 10% cavolo nero e 5% di lardo!!!
