He was such an accommodating, wonderful and bubbly teacher and host, and made sure we left his class and our dinner with high spirits and full bellies :) As Americans, it was a pleasure being taught the traditional techniques, how to craft excellent pasta dishes from a native Italian (and all while sipping on some red wine!). He gave us recipes and chefs’ hats to take with us, and we can’t wait to practice what we learned at home. The best pasta— fettuccini, ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi— we ate while in Rome, truly magnificent. At the end of our dinner, too, he made up for us a simple, delicious tiramisu, much appreciated. We hope to return for more someday, and recommend this experience to anyone. Grazie mille, Emanuele!

We made tortellini, ravioli and fettuccine from scratch, and learned how to make the best carbonara sauce and tiramisu, all while enjoying red wine and listening to his fantastic playlist. Would 100% recommend!!!

My boyfriend (a chef from the states) and I loved how in depth the class was and how hands on you could get. Such a cool way to immerse yourself in Italian culture, have fun, and eat amazing handmade food. Highly recommend :)

Emanuele is fantastic , such a good teacher, and a great host. We made great pasta and really learned something new. Emanuele also provided a gluten free option and great recipes for my boyfriend , so he did not have to miss out on a great meal. Highly recommend and will definitely go again !
