★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta migliore di sempre. Mai provata?fatelo, capirete la differenza. Tenace, al dente, saporita, dal sentore di grano. Una pasta che potrebbe camminare da sola, anche senza condimenti. Difficile tornare ad una pasta qualunque dopo aver mangiato la pasta dei campi.
The best pasta ever. Never tried? Do it, you will understand the difference. Tenacious, al dente, tasty, with a hint of wheat. A pasta that could walk on its own, even without condiments. Difficult to go back to any pasta after eating the pasta from the fields.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda seria e professionale. In un momento di difficoltà anche per i corrieri (e forse anche per il loro modo di buttare i pacchi) il mio ordine è arrivato letteralmente danneggiato. Nonostante il corriere non parlasse italiano e fingeva di non sapere cosa fosse l’accettazione con riserva ho accettato il pacco (ahimè non lo farò più), ma l’azienda si è mossa immediatamente procedendo a rinviare nuovamente un altro box di pasta a sue spese.
Efficienza al servizio del cliente. ?
Serious and professional company. In a moment of difficulty even for couriers (and perhaps also for their way of throwing parcels) my order arrived literally damaged. Although the courier did not speak Italian and pretended not to know what acceptance was with reserve I accepted the package (alas I will not do it anymore), but the company moved immediately proceeding to postpone another box of pasta again at his expense .
Efficiency in customer service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo pastificio ma che produce pasta di qualità. Purtroppo il luogo non è pensato per chi ha problemi di mobilità e quindi è difficile da visitare. Lo staff comunque si impegna al massimo per rendere la visita un'esperienza indimenticabile.
A small pasta factory but which produces quality pasta. Unfortunately, the place is not designed for those with mobility problems and therefore it is difficult to visit. The staff however strives to make the visit an unforgettable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta ,sua maestà, qualità top ,durante la cottura vedi come l'acqua non diventi torbida o piena di amido, consiglio durante la cottura, lasciare 2 min prima ,della scadenza cottura e saltare nel suo sugo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto cinque stelle solo perché questa straordinaria pasta è cara! Buona nei formati corti, con un packaging accattivante. Sembra di mangiare carne tanto è di “sostanza” . Certo vi deve piacere la pasta un po’ robusta! Buona davvero! Bravi
I don't put five stars just because this extraordinary pasta is expensive! Good in short formats, with an attractive packaging. It seems to eat meat so much is of "substance". Of course you must like a little robust pasta! Really good! Well done
