★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastificio Dante. Ottimo da tutti i punti di vista. Ho assistito con i miei occhi alla preparazione della pasta fresca fatta con uova fresche farina e sale. Che dire dei tortelli alla maremmana: una autentica prelibatezza. La cortesia della padrona, ancora bella signora per la sua eta', dovrebbe essere di insegnamento a chi opera nel settore. Persona non solo gentile ma amabile. Cio' che vende risponde alla sua bonta' . Una vera autentica Signora.
