★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention aux touristes ! Ils font payer plus cher que la normal. J'ai demandé le prix pour tout sauf le petit verre de jus d'orange. Ils nous ont facturé 8 euros les 2 verres à moitié plein avec un pépin dans le mien.... A éviter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono andato in questa pasticceria per sbaglio, mi hanno consigliato "Carraturo in corso Garibaldi" ma passando da PIAZZA Garibaldi e leggendo lo stesso nome, ho pensato che avessi sbagliato ad appuntarmi il consiglio, solo in seguito ho scoperto che fossero due posti diversi. Prodotti molto buoni, vetrine ricche e invitanti, personale cortese. La sfogliatella però, che io credevo fosse lì il top, è molto buona ma non altezza di altre ottime pasticcerie della zona
 I went to this pastry by mistake, they advised me "Carraturo in corso Garibaldi" but passing by PIAZZA Garibaldi and reading the same name, I thought that I was wrong to write the advice, only later did I discover that they were two different places. Very good products, rich and inviting windows, courteous staff. The sfogliatella however, which I thought was the top there, is very good but not the height of other excellent patisseries in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun saluto all'ingresso, il personale era occupato a guardare il cellulare. Dopo la richiesta della possibilità di usare un disinfettante per le mani (che di questi tempi è obbligatorio), il cameriere ha risposto "non c'è". Allora ho chiesto di potermi lavare le mani, mi hanno indicato il bagno. Purtroppo il bagno era del tutto non funzionante, oltre ad essere sporco, non usciva l'acqua dal rubinetto né tantomeno c'era il sapone. Sono uscito lamentandomi dell'accaduto, dicendo con educazione "non c'è né acqua né sapone", al che il cameriere senza neanche alzare gli occhi dal cellulare ha risposto con sarcasmo e strafottenza "mi dispiace". Ce ne siamo andati. Zero norme igienico-sanitarie. Scostumatezza totale del personale. In più i prodotti sembravano vecchi. Da chiudere.
No greeting at the entrance, the staff were busy looking at their cell phones. After asking about the possibility of using a hand sanitizer (which is mandatory these days), the waiter replied "there is no". So I asked if I could wash my hands, they showed me the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom was completely non-functional, as well as being dirty, no water came out of the tap nor was there soap. I went out complaining about what had happened, politely saying "there is neither water nor soap", to which the waiter, without even looking up from his cell phone, replied with sarcasm and arrogance "I'm sorry". We left. Zero sanitation standards. Total rudeness of the staff. Plus the products looked old. To close.
